Our family had several rooms for a few nights. The staff graciously accommodated miscellaneous requests from our group and were always resourceful and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean and well-appointed. Breakfast buffet worked well for all of our diverse preferences. The staff also facilitated our local travel, including helping out with speaking in Hindi to service providers when needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for deluxe accomodations in Dehradun. It does seem a car is needed for everything.

Good service provider, The serving team is good and cooperative the ambience of rooms are good. Hotel is well cleaned and maintained also location is easily access to nearby areas mr teerath rawat and his colleagues are very cooperative and helpful

Rooms are neat and clean atmosphere is good and washroom is clean site is good restaurant food is good and house keeping staff team is nice and Siddharth ramola gives us excellent service as per 5 star standards and he helps lot to guide near by travelling places and i again thank you house keeping team and mr.Siddharth Ramola once again thank you for making stay memorable and i personally recommend this hotel nice places for visit thank you Sarovar team and Mr ramola.

the location, staff and overall ambience for Sarovar Premium is really good. But unfortunately our experience was dampened as the bookings got confused with Sarovar Portico and Sarovar Premium. It took the staff from both the hotels, atleast 40 min to confirm our bookings, the staff from Sarovar Portico (where our booking was) completely refused it and said you have been cheated, there is no booking under your name. Out of frustration and staff behaviour, we decided to stay at premium only, lost my booking amount in it, which the staff tried to adjust in my bill, but it was a unnecessary incovenience.

Excellent property with nice staff and humble. Service also very prompt with nice food quality and Indian and Mugalai cushions were really good. Few things could be better as location of the hotel is near by ISBT bus station and little bit far away from main city. Otherwise overall my experience was very good and I regularly visit this hotel bcz of business tour. I must recommend for leisure and pleasant stay.

Excellent service, good facilities and convenient location. Reception, house keeping and restaurant staff were cordial and customer focused. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Gym is good, maintained clean and accessible 24 hours.
